If your target is a Scopus-indexed journal, start with your institution's rules. Universities and hospitals often set written rules about which publications count, for example "Scopus-indexed", "Web of Science (SCIE/SSCI)", or a quartile such as Q1 or Q2. Before we shortlist journals, we ask you to share your institution's current written requirement. We then shortlist only journals that meet it on the date we check. National bodies such as the Saudi Ministry of Education and the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research oversee higher education, and the Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council funds research and innovation in line with Qatar's national priorities. The publication rules that affect you are usually set by your own university or hospital.

You remain the author. The research, data, interpretation and final decisions are yours. We do not sell authorship positions, change author lists for payment, or manipulate citations or peer review. The ICMJE notes that language editing and proofreading alone do not make someone an author. Some journals ask you to acknowledge editing help, and we will tell you how to word that; any acknowledgement credits the On Time Publication Editorial Team, not an individual editor. Acceptance is decided by each journal's editors and reviewers, so no honest service can promise it. We plan around your deadline with realistic timelines and can shortlist journals whose published review timelines fit your deadline.
Independence: On Time Publication is not affiliated with Elsevier/Scopus, Clarivate/Web of Science, COPE, the ICMJE or any journal. We link to their public guidance so you can check it yourself.

No. Acceptance is decided by each journal's editors and peer reviewers. We improve your manuscript, check that journals are genuinely indexed and match them to your topic and timeline, but the decision is always the journal's.
We give a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline after a free assessment. Journal article processing charges (APCs), if any, are separate and are paid by you directly to the journal.
We shortlist journals that match the written requirement you share with us, such as Scopus, Web of Science SCIE or SSCI, or a quartile. Rules differ between institutions, so please send us your current policy. Your university decides what counts.
