In short: On Time Publication helps faculty members, PhD students and doctors in Jordan prepare their own manuscripts for Scopus and Web of Science journals. We offer English editing, checks that journals are genuinely indexed, journal shortlists matched to your university's rules, and submission and reviewer-response support, all online. You stay the author; journals decide acceptance.

We are an online consultancy. We have no office or representative in Jordan, and we are not affiliated with any Jordanian university or ministry. Everything is handled by email and WhatsApp. You can message us in Arabic or English.
Some websites aimed at researchers advertise "Scopus publication" as if a paper could be bought into an index. That is not how indexing works. Scopus and Web of Science index journals, and each journal decides what it publishes through peer review. What we do is help you give a good manuscript its best realistic chance:
Grammar, clarity, flow and academic tone, keeping your meaning. Suited to authors who write in English as a second language. See manuscript editing & proofreading.
Every shortlisted journal is checked in the official Scopus Sources list and Clarivate's Master Journal List.
Journals matched to your topic, method, index rule and timeline, then formatting, cover letter and portal help. See journal submission support.
Editing of the point-by-point response you write to reviewers, and a check that every change is made in the manuscript.
Promotion and graduation rules are set by your university and faculty, while the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research oversees the wider higher-education sector. A rule might name Scopus, Web of Science, a specific collection such as SCIE or SSCI, or a quartile. Rules are sometimes updated, and two faculties can read the same rule differently. That is why we ask for your current written requirement, usually available from your university's Deanship of Scientific Research or your faculty, before we shortlist anything.
If you are starting from a completed thesis, note that a thesis chapter is usually longer and broader than a journal article. You choose which findings to report and you do the restructuring. We provide editing support: comments and advice on your draft, and editing for language, consistency, formatting and the target journal's style requirements. You remain the author, and the research and conclusions stay yours. See thesis and dissertation editing for thesis-stage support.
For clinicians, we check manuscripts against the relevant reporting guideline: CARE for case reports, CONSORT for trials and STROBE for observational studies. We also flag missing ethics approval or patient-consent statements before submission. We give no medical advice, we do not change your data or findings, and the authors remain responsible for all clinical content. Read medical manuscript editing or our step-by-step guide on how to publish a case report.
A hijacked journal copies the name and ISSN of a real indexed journal on a fake website. Authors pay a fee, receive an "acceptance", and later find the article is not in Scopus or Web of Science. Warning signs include unsolicited emails, promises of acceptance or fixed publication dates, and payment to personal accounts. Our guide to predatory journals explains how to spot them. Check every journal with our guide how to check Scopus and Web of Science indexing, the Retraction Watch Hijacked Journal Checker and the Think. Check. Submit. checklist.
Use the form below or WhatsApp. A title and abstract are enough to start; a full manuscript lets us assess it properly.
We confirm the scope and give a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline. Journal APCs are separate.
Editing, verification and a journal shortlist, then submission and reviewer-response support as needed.

You remain the author. We do not sell authorship, add names to author lists, or manipulate peer review or citations. Following ICMJE guidance, editing help does not qualify for authorship and may be acknowledged (we are credited as the On Time Publication Editorial Team, never as an individual). Acceptance is decided by each journal, so we never promise it. We plan around your deadline with realistic timelines and can shortlist journals whose published review timelines fit your deadline.
Independence: On Time Publication is not affiliated with Elsevier/Scopus, Clarivate/Web of Science, COPE, the ICMJE or any journal. We link to their public guidance so you can check it yourself.
Yes, online. We edit your manuscript, verify and shortlist Scopus and Web of Science journals that match your university's rules, and support submission and reviewer responses. We have no office in Jordan.
No one can honestly promise that. Journals decide through peer review. We improve your manuscript and match it to genuinely indexed journals that fit your topic and timeline.
It depends on your university's current written rules. ESCI is part of the Web of Science Core Collection, but some rules specify SCIE or SSCI. Check with your Deanship of Scientific Research or faculty, and share the rule with us.
We give a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline after a free assessment. Any journal article processing charge is separate and paid directly to the journal.
We provide editing support to adapt your thesis chapters for journal submission. You choose the findings and do the restructuring; we advise with comments and edit language, consistency, formatting and journal-style requirements. You remain the author.
Search its ISSN in the Scopus Sources list and Clarivate's Master Journal List, confirm the website belongs to the listed publisher, and check the Retraction Watch Hijacked Journal Checker. Our guide explains each step.
We link to official sources so you can check the rules yourself. Always follow your target journal's and institution's current instructions.
Send your title and abstract, or the full manuscript, with your field, university rule (if any) and deadline. We will reply with an honest assessment and a written quote.
Pricing: custom quote based on word count, field and deadline. See how pricing works or contact us.
