In short: On Time Publication provides online research publication services for faculty, PhD students and clinicians in Doha and across Qatar. We edit the manuscript you wrote, verify that candidate journals really are indexed in Scopus or Web of Science, give you a shortlist of 3 journals that fit your institution's written rule, and help with submission and reviewer responses. You remain the author and journals decide acceptance. We're an online service based in the UK, with no office in Qatar.

We work with researchers in Qatar such as:
We're an online service based in the UK, with no office in Qatar or the Gulf and no university or ministry affiliation. You deal with us by email and WhatsApp, in Arabic or English.
Offers of "Scopus publication in Doha" often suggest that a fee can place a paper in an index. It can't: Scopus and Web of Science list journals, and each journal's editors and reviewers decide what it publishes. Our job is to get a sound manuscript into the best possible shape and in front of suitable, genuinely indexed journals.
Language, clarity, structure and consistency for authors writing in English as a second language. An editor matched to your field does the work; more on our manuscript editing & proofreading page.
Three journals matched to your topic, methods, index rule and timeline, each checked in Scopus Sources and Clarivate's Master Journal List on the day we shortlist it.
Formatting to the journal's author guidelines, references, cover letter and portal steps, with guided or authorised submission. Details are on our journal submission support page.
Editing of the point-by-point response you draft, and a check that every promised change appears in the revised manuscript.
Knowing which body does what helps you find the rule that applies to you.
These bodies license, accredit, fund and teach; they do not usually tell a researcher which journal to choose. The publication rules that affect promotion, contract renewal or graduation, such as "Scopus-indexed", "Web of Science (SCIE or SSCI)" or a named quartile, are generally set by each university, college or hospital. We don't guess or invent those rules. Ask your research office, graduate studies office or HR for the current written version and share it with us, so that every journal we shortlist meets it on the day we check.
Journals expect a clinical paper to name the approving committee, give the approval reference and describe consent. In Qatar, health research sits within a national framework led by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
Your institution's research office decides which committee covers your study, and we don't apply for or obtain approvals. What we do is check that approval and consent are reported in the form journals look for, and that the paper meets its reporting guideline (CARE for case reports, CONSORT for randomised trials, STROBE for observational studies, PRISMA for systematic reviews). More on our medical manuscript editing page and in our guides to ethics approval and consent statements, case reports, systematic reviews and clinical trials.
If you are weighing a medical journal published in Qatar or the wider region, check its indexing individually; status can differ between journals from the same country or publisher. Our guide to PubMed-indexed journals shows how to check the NLM Catalog.
This is not medical advice. We don't alter data or findings, and authors remain fully responsible for clinical content, approvals and consent.
A thesis chapter usually has more scope and background than a journal will accept, so it must be cut and refocused around one question. You decide which results to report and you do the rewriting. We support you with comments on your draft and editing for language, length, consistency and the target journal's style. If your degree rules restrict publishing parts of the thesis before examination, check with your supervisor and graduate office first. A hijacked journal imitates a real indexed journal, reusing its title and ISSN on a look-alike website; it collects a fee, issues an "acceptance", and the article never appears in Scopus or Web of Science. Warning signs include promised acceptance, "Scopus indexing in a few days", a publication date fixed before peer review, and payment to a personal account. Before you pay any fee, compare the journal's website with its official index listing rather than trusting a link in an email, and check it in the Retraction Watch Hijacked Journal Checker. Step-by-step checks are in our guides to predatory journals and checking Scopus and Web of Science indexing, and the Think. Check. Submit. checklist is a useful second opinion.
Send the form below or a WhatsApp message. We can start from a title and abstract; with the full manuscript, target index and deadline we can assess it properly.
You receive a written scope and a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline, with the turnaround agreed in it. Journal APCs are not included.
Editing, journal verification and your shortlist of 3 journals, then submission and reviewer-response support when you need it.
It helps to include your institution's written publication rule, any journals you are considering and, for clinical work, your ethics approval reference. Our process and pricing pages explain each step and how quotes are worked out.
Authorship stays with you. We never sell authorship or add names to an author list, and we don't interfere with peer review or citations. ICMJE guidance treats editing help as something to acknowledge rather than a basis for authorship; if you acknowledge us, name the On Time Publication Editorial Team rather than any individual. Because journals make the acceptance decision, we never promise it, and we plan around your deadline with realistic timelines.
Independence: we have no affiliation with Elsevier/Scopus, Clarivate/Web of Science, COPE, the ICMJE or any journal, nor with any Qatari ministry, council, foundation, university or hospital mentioned here. We link to their pages so you can verify the information yourself.
For Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait, see our page on research publication support in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Researchers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates can read our page on research publication services in the UAE, and faculty and PhD researchers in Jordan our page on publication support in Jordan.
Yes, online. We edit your manuscript, give you a shortlist of 3 verified Scopus or Web of Science journals that fit your institution's written rule, and help with submission and reviewer responses, for researchers in Doha and across Qatar.
No. We're an online service based in the UK, with no office in Qatar or the Gulf and no university or ministry affiliation. All work happens by email and WhatsApp.
No one honest can. The decision belongs to each journal's editors and peer reviewers. We improve your manuscript and match it to genuinely indexed journals, but the journal decides.
Your institution's current written rules decide. They might require Scopus, a particular Web of Science collection (for example SCIE or SSCI) or a quartile. Get the latest version from your research or graduate studies office and send it to us before we shortlist journals.
A research review committee, usually the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the institution where the study takes place, within the framework set by the Ministry of Public Health and Law No. 6 of 2025. Hamad Medical Corporation and Sidra Medicine each have their own IRB. Your research office can confirm which applies. We do not obtain approvals for you.
QNRF's former web address now redirects to the website of the Qatar Research, Development and Innovation (QRDI) Council, so check current funding programmes and calls there or with your institution's research office.
Every quote is custom, based on word count, field and deadline, and follows a free assessment. Article processing charges, if a journal has them, are separate and paid by you to the journal.
Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer, in USD, GBP, SAR, AED, JOD and other currencies. Itemised invoices are available on request.
Yes. Arabic and English are both fine, by email or WhatsApp.
No. The research and the manuscript stay yours. We edit, format and help you prepare and submit your own work, in line with ICMJE authorship guidance.
Official sources are linked so you can check the details yourself (some are in Arabic only). Your target journal's and institution's current instructions always take priority.
