In short: On Time Publication works online with researchers in Bahrain who have a finished study and want it ready for a suitable journal. We polish the English, confirm candidate journals against the official Scopus and Web of Science databases, shortlist 3 that fit your institution's written rule, and support you through submission and reviewer comments. The paper stays yours, and acceptance is the journal's decision. We are based in the UK and have no office in Bahrain.

We're an online service based in the UK, with no office in Bahrain or the Gulf and no university or ministry affiliation. Everything happens by email or WhatsApp, in English or Arabic.
Scopus and Web of Science list journals, not individual papers, and every submission is judged by the journal's own editors and reviewers. So nobody can sell an article into Scopus. We improve a sound manuscript and help you pick journals that are properly indexed and a realistic fit.
An editor who knows your subject corrects grammar, terminology and flow so reviewers judge the science, not the English. See manuscript editing & proofreading.
Chosen for your topic, design, required index and timeline, and checked in Scopus Sources and the Clarivate Master Journal List on the day we prepare the list.
Author guidelines, references, files and a cover letter drafted with you. We then guide you through the portal or, if you authorise it in writing, submit for you. More on journal submission support.
You decide how to respond to each point; we edit your response to reviewers and check it against the revised manuscript.
No national list says which journals every researcher must use. Publication requirements normally sit in each university's or hospital's own promotion, contract or postgraduate regulations, which are revised from time to time. If a policy is quoted to you, ask for the clause naming the index or quartile and send us that wording; we check each shortlisted journal against it and never assume a rule for you.
Medical journals expect you to name the approving committee, give the approval number and describe consent. In Bahrain the route depends on the type of study and where it happens.
RCSI Bahrain's guidance also recognises the ethics committees of NHRA, King Hamad University Hospital, the Bahrain Defence Force hospital and Salmaniya. For multi-site studies, ask each research office which approvals apply. Approvals are your and your institution's responsibility; we make your ethics and consent statements match journal expectations and check the reporting guideline (CARE, CONSORT, STROBE or PRISMA). See medical manuscript editing and our guides to ethics and consent statements, case reports, systematic reviews and reporting clinical trials. Targeting a regional medical journal? Confirm its index status yourself; see how to check PubMed and MEDLINE indexing.
This is not medical or legal advice. We never change data or results; clinical content, approvals and consent remain the authors' responsibility.
A thesis shows examiners you covered everything; an article argues one point in a few thousand words. Expect to cut most of the literature review, keep one research question and rebuild the discussion around it. You make the choices and rewrite; we advise on structure and edit for language, length and journal style. If your programme restricts publishing before the viva, check with your supervisor. See thesis and dissertation editing and turning a thesis into a journal article.
A hijacked journal copies a genuine indexed journal's title and ISSN onto a fake website, takes the fee and sends a convincing acceptance, but the article never reaches any index. Warning signs: acceptance within days, a publication date fixed before review, indexing "within a week" and payment into a personal account. Reach journals from their Scopus or Master Journal List entry, not an emailed link, and search the Hijacked Journal Checker before paying. Also useful: the Think. Check. Submit. checklist, our guide to predatory journals and verifying Scopus and Web of Science indexing.
Send it through the form below or on WhatsApp. A title and abstract will do for a first look; the full draft, required index and deadline allow a proper assessment.
Scope and turnaround are confirmed in writing, priced by custom quote according to word count, field and deadline. Journal fees are not included.
Editing, journal checks and your shortlist of 3, then submission and peer-review support when you reach that stage.
Helpful to include: your institution's written publication rule, journals you are considering and, for clinical work, the ethics approval reference. See our process and how pricing works.
You remain the author. We never sell authorship, add names to papers, or attempt to sway reviewers or manipulate citations. ICMJE guidance treats editorial help as an acknowledgement, not authorship; if you thank us, credit the On Time Publication Editorial Team. Acceptance rests with the journal, so we plan around your deadline with honest timings rather than predictions.
We are independent: On Time Publication has no affiliation with Elsevier/Scopus, Clarivate/Web of Science, COPE, the ICMJE or any journal, nor with any Bahraini ministry, council, authority, university or hospital named here. Links point to their official sites so you can check details yourself.
For Saudi Arabia, see our Saudi Arabia and GCC hub page. We also have country pages for the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan.
Yes, entirely online. We edit your manuscript, verify candidate journals in Scopus or Web of Science, match them to your institution's written rule and shortlist 3, then support you through submission and peer review.
No. We are UK-based and work only online, with no office in Bahrain or elsewhere in the Gulf and no affiliation with any university or ministry. Contact is by email or WhatsApp, in English or Arabic.
No. Only the journal's editors and reviewers decide whether a paper is accepted. Our work is to make your manuscript clearer and better prepared and to point it at suitable, properly indexed journals.
Your own institution's current written policy decides that. It may name Scopus, SCIE or SSCI, or a quartile. Ask your department or research office for the latest version and send it to us before we shortlist.
The National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA). Its clinical trial regulations require an institutional independent research ethics committee to review a trial before NHRA authorisation or a letter of no objection is issued.
Through the Ministry of Health's online Health Research Proposal system. University students also attach approval from their supervisor and their university's research committee. Your research office confirms the current route; we do not obtain approvals.
RCSI Bahrain's Research Ethics Committee says its staff and students normally apply to it first, but projects already approved by another recognised committee can request an RCSI Bahrain approval letter by sending the approved application and the signed approval letter.
Every project gets a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline, after a free assessment. Any article processing charge is set and collected by the journal and is separate from our fee.
Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer, in USD, GBP, SAR, AED, JOD and other currencies, with an itemised invoice on request.
No. The research and the writing stay with you. We edit and format your manuscript and help you submit it, following ICMJE guidance on authorship.
Every source below is official or primary and was checked on 21 October 2026. Where your journal's or institution's own instructions differ, theirs take precedence.
