In short: On Time Publication offers online journal publication support to faculty, graduate students and clinicians across Kuwait. We edit the paper you wrote, confirm in Scopus and Web of Science that each candidate journal is genuinely indexed, send a shortlist of 3 journals that meet your institution's written requirement, and support you through submission and peer review. You remain the author, and the journal decides acceptance. We work remotely from the UK, with no office in Kuwait.

We're an online service based in the UK, with no office in Kuwait or the Gulf and no university or ministry affiliation. Everything runs through email and WhatsApp, in English or Arabic.
Advertisements for "Scopus publication in Kuwait" imply that a payment secures a place in an index. It doesn't. Scopus and Web of Science cover journals, not individual papers, and only a journal's editors and peer reviewers accept articles. Our part is to make a sound manuscript as strong as possible and aim it at suitable, genuinely indexed journals.
Grammar, clarity, flow, terminology and consistency, edited for authors whose first language isn't English, by an editor who knows your field. More on manuscript editing & proofreading.
Three journals chosen for your topic, study design, index requirement and deadline. We confirm each one in Scopus Sources and the Clarivate Master Journal List when we prepare the shortlist.
Author-guideline formatting, reference style, cover letter and the journal's submission portal, either guided step by step or submitted on your authorisation. See journal submission support.
Editing of the response to reviewers you write, and a cross-check that each change you describe is really in the revised file.
Here is what each national body does, in brief.
None of these bodies chooses your journal. Wording such as "Scopus-indexed", "ISI", "Web of Science (SCIE/SSCI)" or a minimum quartile normally sits in each university's, college's or hospital's own promotion or graduate regulations, which are revised from time to time. We won't assume or invent a rule for you: get the current written version from your dean's office, research administration or graduate studies office, send it to us, and we check every journal on your shortlist against it on the day we shortlist it.
Clinical journals expect the methods to name the approving committee, quote the approval number and say how consent was obtained. Several layers apply in Kuwait.
For studies in Ministry of Health hospitals or using their records, ask your department or research office whether Ministry review is needed as well. Your institution decides which committee covers the work, and we don't seek or obtain approvals on your behalf. We make sure approval and consent statements read the way journals expect and that the manuscript meets its reporting guideline (case reports: CARE; randomised trials: CONSORT; observational studies: STROBE; systematic reviews: PRISMA). Considering a medical journal published in Kuwait or the Gulf? Check that title individually: journals from one country, or one publisher, can differ in indexing. Our PubMed-indexed journals guide shows how to use the NLM Catalog.
This page is not medical advice. We never alter data or results, and responsibility for clinical content, approvals and consent stays with the authors.
A journal wants one focused article around a single question, not a trimmed thesis chapter, so much of the background and secondary analysis must go. You choose what stays and do the rewriting; we comment on the draft, then edit it for language, length and the target journal's house style. If your programme restricts publishing before the thesis is examined, talk to your supervisor and graduate office before submitting. See thesis and dissertation editing and our guide on turning a thesis into a journal article.
A hijacked journal clones a real indexed journal's title and ISSN on a convincing fake site. Authors pay, get an "acceptance letter", and the paper is never indexed anywhere. Warning signs: acceptance offered in advance, indexing "within days", a publication date fixed before review, payment to a personal account. Open the journal's site from its official index record rather than an emailed link, and search the Retraction Watch Hijacked Journal Checker before you pay. Full checks are in our predatory journals guide and our guide to checking Scopus and Web of Science indexing; the Think. Check. Submit. checklist makes a useful second filter.
Use the form below or WhatsApp. We can begin from a title and abstract, but the full manuscript, target index and deadline give a proper assessment.
You receive the agreed scope in writing, a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline, and the turnaround. Journal APCs are not included.
Editing, journal checks and your shortlist of 3, followed by submission and peer-review support when you reach that stage.
Helpful to include: your institution's written requirement, journals you are considering and, for clinical studies, the ethics approval number. See our process and pricing pages.
You stay the author. We never sell authorship, add names to your author list or try to influence peer review or citations. Under ICMJE guidance, editing help earns an acknowledgement, not authorship; if you thank us, please credit the On Time Publication Editorial Team, not a named person. Only the journal decides acceptance, so we never promise it, and we set realistic timelines around your deadline.
Independence: we are not affiliated with any journal or index provider (including Elsevier/Scopus and Clarivate/Web of Science), with COPE or the ICMJE, or with any Kuwaiti ministry, council, university, institute, foundation or hospital named here. We link to their own sites so you can check details at source.
Researchers in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman are covered by research publication support in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We also have dedicated pages on research publication services in the UAE for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the other emirates, research publication services in Qatar for Doha, and publication support in Jordan for faculty and PhD researchers there.
Yes, online. We edit your manuscript, send you a shortlist of 3 journals verified in Scopus or Web of Science against your institution's written requirement, and support submission and peer review, for researchers in Kuwait City and throughout Kuwait.
No. We're an online service based in the UK, with no office in Kuwait or the Gulf and no university or ministry affiliation. We work with clients by email and WhatsApp.
Nobody honest can offer that. Acceptance is decided by the journal's editors and peer reviewers. We strengthen your manuscript and match it to properly indexed journals, and the journal makes the decision.
Your university's, college's or hospital's current written regulations decide. They might specify Scopus, SCIE or SSCI in Web of Science, or a minimum quartile. Get the latest version from the relevant office and share it with us before shortlisting starts.
Usually the ethics committee of the institution where the study is carried out, such as the Health Sciences Center Ethical Committee at Kuwait University or the Ethical Review Committee at Dasman Diabetes Institute. Law No. 70 of 2020 also requires prior, explicit written consent from the participant or their legal representative for medical research. Your research office can confirm which committee applies; obtaining approval is not part of our service.
Check it yourself on the day you decide, because coverage can change: search the title or ISSN in Scopus Sources and in Clarivate's Master Journal List. The journal is published by Kuwait University's Academic Publication Council, and we verify the indexing of every journal on your shortlist the same way.
We give a custom quote based on word count, field and deadline, after a free assessment. Any article processing charge is separate and you pay it directly to the journal.
By Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. We accept USD, GBP, SAR, AED, JOD and other currencies, and can provide an itemised invoice on request.
Yes. Arabic and English both work, on email and on WhatsApp.
No. Your research and your manuscript stay yours. We edit and format your work and help you prepare and submit it, in line with ICMJE authorship guidance.
All sources are official or primary pages, and a few are in Arabic only. If anything here differs from your target journal's or institution's current instructions, follow theirs.
