In short: On Time Publication helps researchers prepare their own manuscripts for journals that currently appear in Scopus. Support covers English editing, a shortlist of three journals whose indexing claims we check on the day against Scopus Sources, and submission packaging. We do not ghostwrite, we do not sell acceptance, and Scopus itself — through its independent Content Selection and Advisory Board — decides which titles remain indexed. Authors who need Web of Science collections should also read Web of Science publication support; packaging across both databases sits on journal submission support. OA-focused shortlisting is also available via open access journal selection.

Search results for Scopus publication services are crowded with agencies that imply they can place a paper in a Scopus-indexed journal on a fixed timetable. That framing is misleading. Scopus is an abstract and citation database operated by Elsevier. Serial titles are reviewed and selected by an independent Content Selection and Advisory Board (CSAB). Elsevier’s public content pages state that only a minority of suggested titles meet technical criteria, and that of those that proceed to CSAB review, roughly half are accepted. Source title information on Scopus is updated monthly. None of that process is controlled by an editing company.
When we say Scopus publication support, we mean three practical services around your manuscript: (1) language and structure editing so editors can read the science clearly; (2) a shortlist of three candidate journals whose current presence on Scopus Sources we verify on the day, with scope and article-type fit explained in plain language; (3) submission packaging — cover letter, response files, figure and table checks, and portal guidance — while you remain the submitting author. Acceptance, peer-review speed and continued indexing are outside our control.
Faculty members, clinicians, engineers and postgraduate researchers who have written their own paper and want a realistic path toward journals that presently appear in Scopus. Many clients sit in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Jordan, where promotion and graduation rules often mention Scopus. We also support UK, US and Australian authors targeting international titles. Arabic-speaking authors can use the Arabic twin page دعم النشر في مجلات سكوبس and still receive English editing of the manuscript itself.
This page is not for authors looking for a guaranteed accept, a “fast Scopus journal list”, or a ghostwritten paper. Those requests conflict with our ethics policy and with COPE expectations for authorship.
Before we recommend a title, we check the journal on the public Scopus Sources interface (or the downloadable source title list Elsevier publishes for librarians) and note whether the title appears as active coverage for the relevant ISSN. We also read the publisher’s aims and scope, article types, and any open-access or hybrid fee pages the publisher itself hosts. We do not treat a logo on a journal website, a screenshot from an old brochure, or a third-party “Scopus list” blog as proof. Elsevier notes that source profile pages and title lists are updated monthly; a title can be added or discontinued, so a check from last year is not enough.
If a client asks about quartiles, we separate CiteScore-based quartile talk from Journal Citation Reports quartiles (Clarivate). Q1 language is easy to misuse; see Q1 journal publication support for how we discuss quartiles without promising them. For a step-by-step public walkthrough, use how to check Scopus or Web of Science indexing.
Free revision and resubmission support until publication means we stay available to edit further versions and packaging if the paper is rejected or revised. It is editorial support, not a promise that any journal will accept the paper.
Files are confidential; an NDA is available on request. Payment is via Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer, with itemised invoices on request. The assessment is free.
Publication packages from £450 (Starter) · Pro Publisher from £700 · Full Route from £1,050 (GBP, ex-APC). Guide “from” prices are in GBP. Your final written quote depends on length, field and turnaround. Journal APCs (if any) are paid by you to the publisher and are not included in our fee. We do not guarantee acceptance or indexing. À-la-carte rates are on the pricing page.
Many Gulf and Jordan promotion rules mention Scopus, Web of Science, or both. They are different products with different selection processes. Web of Science collections (SCI-Expanded, SSCI, AHCI, ESCI and others) are curated by Clarivate. A journal can appear in one database and not the other. If your rule names Web of Science or SCI/SCIE, read Web of Science publication support and our explainer SCI vs SCIE vs ESCI vs Scopus. If you need both checked in one shortlist workflow, start with journal selection service.
Authors in Saudi Arabia often combine this page with manuscript editing in Saudi Arabia and the guide how to publish in Scopus from Saudi Arabia. UAE authors can use UAE research publication support or the Dubai city page academic editing services Dubai. Jordan faculty often start from publication support in Jordan. In every market we remain an online UK company with no Gulf campus office and no university affiliation.
COPE guidance expects authors to be accountable for the work. Editing for clarity is widely accepted; writing the paper for you is not. We keep you as author, keep a clear record of edits in tracked changes, and refuse requests that would misrepresent contribution. Predatory journals sometimes misuse the Scopus name; use predatory journal warning signs before you pay any APC. Common desk-reject causes are listed in desk rejection reasons. A public overview of the publishing path is in how to publish a research paper.
We are not affiliated with Elsevier, Scopus, Clarivate or COPE. Links are provided so you can verify claims yourself.
It is editing, journal shortlisting and submission packaging for authors who want to submit to journals that currently appear in Scopus. We work on your own manuscript. We do not write papers or promise acceptance or indexing.
No. Scopus decides which serial titles to index through its Content Selection and Advisory Board. Journals decide peer review. Indexing status can change. We verify claims on the day using the public Scopus Sources title information and related Elsevier guidance.
Journal submission support covers packaging and process for Scopus and Web of Science targets together. This page focuses on Scopus-oriented preparation: language readiness, realistic shortlists checked against Scopus Sources, and clear ethics boundaries.
No. You remain the corresponding author. We may help assemble files and navigate a publisher portal under your instruction, but we never submit under our own account as if we were the author, and we never buy acceptance.
Yes. Most of our Scopus-related projects come from GCC and Jordan faculty and postgraduate researchers, alongside UK, US and Australian authors. The process is online; we are a UK registered company.
Article processing charges are set by publishers, not by us. See our guide on Scopus publication fees and APCs. Our service fee is quoted after free assessment and is separate from any APC the journal may charge.
No. We are an independent UK registered editing and publication-support company. We are not affiliated with Elsevier, Scopus, Clarivate, COPE, ministries or universities. Official links in our Sources section let you verify indexing claims yourself.
Scope fit, article type, and a same-day check that each title currently appears on Scopus Sources for the relevant ISSN. We explain trade-offs such as audience and open-access model. We do not rank acceptance odds or promise a quartile.
Yes. We edit revised manuscripts and author-written response letters when a journal invites revision. After a desk rejection we can help you reassess fit and packaging before you try another title. See also our reviewer response editing service.
No. Ghostwriting conflicts with COPE authorship expectations and with our ethics policy. We edit language and structure in tracked changes on work you have written. Methods, data and conclusions remain yours.
We look up the title on the public Scopus Sources interface or Elsevier’s downloadable source title list and note active coverage for the ISSN. We do not treat a logo on a journal website or a third-party blog list as proof. Source information is updated monthly, so older screenshots are not enough.
