In short: On Time Publication helps you prepare articles for journals you are targeting in the Web of Science Core Collection (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI or ESCI): editing, verified shortlists, formatting, letters and submission packaging. We do not guarantee acceptance or continued indexing. For Scopus-named routes use Scopus publication support; shared portal process sits on journal submission support.

Authors whose institutions, funders or promotion files specify Web of Science Core Collection journals; teams comparing SCIE versus ESCI requirements; and researchers who already use research paper publication support but need a Clarivate-focused shortlist. UK-based authors can also read research publication support UK.
SCIE and SSCI cover established science and social-science journals; AHCI covers arts and humanities; ESCI lists emerging sources that are in the Core Collection but are not the same product as SCIE/SSCI for every institutional rule. Details and comparisons live in SCI / SCIE / ESCI / Scopus explained. Always confirm the live title on the Master Journal List.
Scopus publication support targets Elsevier’s Scopus source list. This page targets Clarivate’s Web of Science editions. Journal submission support explains the shared mechanics (accounts, files, ethics declarations) for either database. Use the page named after the requirement on your policy document.
Journal Impact Factor and related Clarivate metrics are often mis-copied on predatory sites. We will not coach you to wave fake metrics at editors. Where your institution requires a metric band, verify on official Clarivate resources and keep cover letters focused on fit and contribution instead.
Many Core Collection journals offer OA routes with APCs. Indexing status does not make a fee legitimate by itself — still read licences and waivers. Open access journal selection covers ethical OA shortlisting. APCs are always paid by you to the publisher, separate from our editing fee (pricing; publication fees guide for APC literacy).
Trusting a publisher email that says “indexed in SCI” without a Master Journal List check; treating ESCI as interchangeable with SCIE for every promotion file; stuffing Impact Factor claims into the cover letter; and submitting an unchanged manuscript to a second Core Collection title after rejection. Fix the science first, verify the list second, rewrite fit language third. Pair with desk rejection reasons when the paper never reached review, and with journal selection service when you need a structured shortlist beyond a single favourite title.
Authors who also need Scopus coverage should run both official checks rather than assuming overlap. Our Scopus publication support page stays the Elsevier-list route; this page stays Clarivate-focused so keyword intent does not blur.
NDA on request. Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. Online-only, UK registered. Quotes reflect word count, field complexity and whether selection, formatting and submission packaging are bundled — never a promise that Clarivate will index the paper or that editors will accept it.
Publication packages from £450 (Starter) · Pro Publisher from £700 · Full Route from £1,050 (GBP, ex-APC). Guide “from” prices are in GBP. Your final written quote depends on length, field and turnaround. Journal APCs (if any) are paid by you to the publisher and are not included in our fee. We do not guarantee acceptance or indexing. À-la-carte rates are on the pricing page.
Venue-side caution: predatory journals. Hiring caution: choose a publication consultant.
Conference expansions: conference to journal article. Similarity ethics: similarity report editing support. PhD article routes: PhD publication consultancy. Country pages such as Saudi Arabia / GCC and Jordan use the same standards.

Editorial and process help aimed at journals in the Web of Science Core Collection — typically SCIE, SSCI, AHCI or ESCI — including editing, verified shortlists, formatting, letters and submission packaging. Databases still decide indexing.
Scopus and Web of Science are different products with different source lists. Choose the page that matches your required database; many authors need both checks. Our journal submission support page covers shared process steps.
They are Core Collection editions covering science, social science, arts & humanities, and emerging sources respectively. See our SCI/SCIE/ESCI/Scopus guide for a plain explainer, then verify titles on Clarivate’s Master Journal List.
No. No ethical service can. We help you prepare for journals that currently appear on official lists; coverage can change, and acceptance is separate from indexing.
We discourage Impact Factor theatre in cover letters. Where a journal’s metrics matter to your institution, verify them on official Clarivate resources — never on random blogs.
That depends on your institution. Some accept ESCI; others require SCIE/SSCI. We can shortlist to your written policy; we do not reinterpret HR rules for you.
Language or substantive editing, journal selection with Master Journal List checks, formatting, cover letter editing, and guided submission. Reviewer-response editing applies after peer review.
We look up titles on Clarivate’s Master Journal List and teach you the same steps in our indexing-check guide. Screenshots from unknown sites are not proof.
Yes within capacity. Clinical reporting needs extra care — see medical and nursing manuscript editing. We do not invent clinical results.
Improve the work using the reviews, then retarget. See resubmit after rejection and major revisions guides. We can help edit and re-shortlist without recycling unfit letters.
Indexing and open-access fees are separate. Hybrid and OA journals may charge APCs regardless of database. Our open access journal selection page covers fee literacy; APCs are paid by you to the publisher.
